Elliot Hospital I'd rate highly for the quality of their medical care. Both knowledgeable and timely service. Their Billing Department I'd rate a 1 star. I got a bill back in mid-January for an ER visit February of 2025. On the first notice to me it said I was Overdue. I then was getting text and emails multiple times a week on this balance. Before I paid the balance I wanted to check if this bill was accurate as getting a bill nearly a year later would suggest something was wrong. I called the Billing Department explaining this and although the person on the phone was very understanding and said he'd put a pause in the system on further notices for a couple weeks, they didn't stop. Just because your Billing Department missed a bill for nearly a year doesn't make it my panic. I ch

I went there recently as I had been a victim of assault. I checked in around 430ish am by 630pm I left. I go a call saying they had a room ready. I declined but told them I would come back in the am which I did. The dr came in asks me what I wanted I told him what happened and he said well u lived right ur here. I asked for mri as I had hit my head and even tho I have insurance he told me it would cost thousands of dollars. I explained I needed this for evidence. He told me he was doing me a favor. I was and still am in extrem Paine and even tho he do anything except take pic of my bruises he sent me home with aftercare instructions for a head injury and bruises so apparently he had a build in mri machine. Never will recommend that again. He literally made me feel like it was my fault

I recently had a biopsy procedure at Elliot, and I’m so grateful for the care I received from Annie, Ryan, and Renae. I was very nervous and had a really rough day leading up to my procedure, but they were incredibly patient, friendly, and calming from the moment I arrived. Ryan was very careful and took the time to explain everything before and during the procedure, which helped ease my anxiety. The procedure itself was painless, and I felt supported the entire time. Elliot never lets me down, I truly appreciate the compassion and professionalism of everyone involved. Thank you for taking such great care of me.

We had a one-day dental surgery at Elliot Hospital in Manchester, NH for my son’s tooth extraction, and I truly can’t say enough positive things about our experience. From the moment we arrived, everything felt clean, organized, and calm. The hospital is clearly well staffed, and the team runs things smoothly and efficiently — which immediately puts a parent at ease. The nurses and doctors were professional, patient, and kind. They took the time to explain each step and made sure both my son and I felt comfortable. What stood out most was how thoughtfully the pediatric unit is set up to help kids feel safe instead of scared. It doesn’t feel cold or intimidating — it feels welcoming. They speak directly to the kids, reassure them, and truly care about their comfort. And the sweetest part

My cousin started at urgent care and they sent us to the Elliot hospital and we have been in the waiting room for 7 hours granted they have taken her blood pressure and temp but come on. Manchester I feel the pain of a growing city but why are we waiting 7+ hours in a waiting room. There have been several patients that leave due to the long wait. Booooo It is now 10:10pm been here since about 1pm informed receptionist cousin is a diabetic and has not had her insulin waiting about 20 minutes and no response horrible service not sure were the issue stems from but they should be ashamed of the wait and from what I have read on facebook this is not a new issue......why is it allowed when we are paying for our Healthcare services and this is the service we receive shame on you Elliot hospital
