Elliot Family Medicine at Manchester

Dr. Chopra is super nice and thorough. She does not treat me like a number. She genuinely wants to know about me as a person and my health. Tammy, her nurse, is great as well. I loved the signs at reception that encouraged patients to notify them if their appointment time has passed, and they are still waiting to be seen. Visiting the doctor on time is very important. Lastly, the staff at reception were very welcoming.

I am a new patient and was hoping to establish a good rapport for a long term provider…. Success! Dr. Jones took his time and we had several very informative discussions during my physical. He is well versed in many of the areas I was hoping to discuss and I left with lots to consider. Family medicine has a place in our overall care and I am happy I made this choice. In addition, the staff was fantastic from check in to rooming and check out out. What a great team!

Elliot Family Medicine has been great so far. I've only just joined them and had one appointment, but I was fit in promptly with a referral from my OB-GYN. I loved my first experience there because Dr. Megan Shaheen felt very kind and non-judgemental. Feeling comfortable and not feeling judged when going to find a doctor is super important, but she also came up with a clear and concise plan for me for over the next 6 months or so of everything we would expect to be doing and getting done. It was a clean & tidy building, and even the front desk staff and every other nurse I had come in to contact with were all super friendly. If you need a PCP, I would definitely recommend them!

Always good, will say that I received a message on 2/10 for an appointment on 2/13. Noone ever called to let me know my appointment was canceled. Staff stated it wasn't even in the system, but on My Chart it says I canceled it. Other than that, staff are great and love shahin as a doctor

Had a very good first visit with Dr. Alpana Chopra. The staff was very courteous and helpful. The MA who reviewed my meds and did my vitals was also very helpful and friendly. I especially liked Dr. Chopra. She is very easy to talk to and really listens to you. I am pleased with my new PCP.
