I was welcomed warmly when I arrived. The medical assistant Dollie was so friendly and knowledgeable. Dr. Chun-Allen was extremely professional and caring. I felt for the first time ever that my doctor was actually listening to me. Thank you for such a wonderful experience.

Competent, loving care. Kate listened carefully to my concerns, and called for an X-ray of my left lung. The noise she had heard in my lower left lung she diagnosed as pneumonia. She prescribed two antibiotics, and I’m feeling better already. Dr Bilal and her staff are excellent.

My primary care, Dr. Chun-Allen, is so wonderful - kind, compassionate, attentive, intelligent and always walks into the exam room smiling. The intake women, as well as the nurses, are friendly and I have never waited more than five minutes, even during a visit when I was "squeezed in" by Dr. Chun-Allen the day I called and asked to be see her. I have also seen Dr. Charles-Larose for an issue that needed attention but Dr. Chun-Allen was unable to see me that day. She was friendly, caring and did a great job attending to my issue. I never felt rushed at any appointment, which has not always been the case with previous doctors. I've been coming here for years, I wouldn't go anywhere else. The staff are friendly and helpful, my doctor, Dr Jennifer Gray is amazing, she's patient, she listens, she's compassionate, she's exactly what we all need from a doctor! 🙌

As always, I absolutely love having Dr. Mitchell Granoff as my PCP and love the support staff there from the pleasant office staff to the very capable, convivial medical staff. Always looking out for my interests and I honestly couldn't ask for better. It's also quite nice having multiple resources in the same building such as blood lab etc ..
