I’ve been a patient here since the 1980’s. Dr Lorah is a compassionate doctor and will make anyone feel comfortable and seen. He does not rush through appointments as though he’s trying to make a quota. He works with you to make safe viable plans of treatment. The staff are always friendly from the front desk right through nursing and assistance. Though I moved more than an hour away, it is worth the trip.

From the moment I walked in to the moment I left was all very pleasant. The staff was awesome from checking in and out to the nurse doing the intake to the Dr.. they were thorough and answered all my questions. They made me feel like I was the only one they had all day. Focused on me and made me feel very comfortable to ask questions no matter how silly they sounded. Great group of people in this office

Dr Julie Morrison is my new PCP. I am so glad I left Concord Hospital To internal Medicine. I have never had a doctor there that took the interest, care, time to listen and treat me like Dr. Morrison has. She is fantastic. I am so grateful to have her for my physician.

I have a history of rare cancer as a young adult and all the doctors I have seen at this location are wonderful and so supportive! They really try to look at every sickness or symptom through the lens of my medical history and they show great empathy and attention to detail. You can tell that everyone at this location really cares about their patients. I have never had doctors that I liked so much let alone more than one. I started coming to this location because they were the soonest available for an appointment I needed and I continue to go, despite living 30 minutes or more away, because they are so amazing. It would be great if you had the opportunity to expand this location or offer more services.

Dr. Rugel is by far the best primary care provider I have ever had and I am 64 years old so I have had a few. Every visit I have had with Dr. Rugel I find him to be extremely knowledgeable and thorough. Everyone should be as lucky as I am to have such a wonderful provider.
