Elliot at River's Edge

I checked in on urgent care at 9:00 AM today November 6th 2025. They put me and my son that is sick in a room. The nurse came for vital signs after that we are here more than 90 minutes waiting and no Doctor shows up. On the medical station is like having a party. They are laughing, talking loud and on phone. This is a total disrespect with the patient. We are not here for funny, if we are here is because we look for help and pay for that, but do not receive the treatment we deserve. I talked to them they even look my face and told me the doctor will come soon, and is 40 minutes past and nothing. I hate this place and so sad to have to come here.

This is in addition to the Elliot hospital review- I recently became a patient of Dr.Summers foot & ankle surgeon out of Elliot hospital. This was my first time using Elliot on the Rivers Edge facility conveniently found on Queen City Ave in Manchester. The building is easily seen and has a front door drop off if needed along with plenty of parking, and entering and exiting is safe. Dr. Summers has excellent staff, and I was given an appointment in a very timely manner. Wait time in the waiting room is minimal, and the waiting room is very clean, large, sunny, has plenty of seats and with a bathroom. The exam rooms are very clean, and I found Dr. Summers to be professional, friendly, attentive to my situation, and addressed all my questions and concerns prior to surgery. Dr.Smola works wi

Some of the therapists there are good. But there’s been constant business issues and communication issues with the administration in their physical therapy department. They will cancel appointments without explaining why. This has happened to me numerous times in one year. And sometimes the waitlist is months to get a follow back up.

I have worked all my life. In the last year I have gone through a very hard time including cancer in the family and myself having a heart attack.... Needless to say funds were tight and basically non-existent.... I was put on a medication so that the stent that they put in me does not clot I could not afford that medication. I was told to call this agency and that agency and this agency. For 5 days I went through heck and then an agency said that they could help and said to go pick up my medication it was all paid for.... I went there and it was not paid for yet and I had to go to work so I could not wait.... The next day still no payment. Now I just needed five pills to get me to Payday. For some reason you cannot split up this medication and buy just five pills.... They would not give

Apparently they only keep happy people and good ratings here. Don’t recommend their one day surg Ctr gastro ctr. Make a better choice. Bedford ambulatory was always great. Choose wisely. Cd
