Ellicott Center

After a bad car accident my uncle could not walk at all. When I first visited I had my doubts about the nursing home because of the bad reviews, but overall he left the facility being able to walk. Staff was very accommodating. Good experience.

Day staff shorthanded and unable to properly care for patients. It's probably because they're underpaid. Medicine, bathing and meals are late or not delivered. Overnight crew seems more caring since not so busy. Hire more trained staff and pay them a competitive pay as an incentive to come to work and do a job they like.

Very poor at what they do. My boyfriend has been there for a week and three days a nothing is being done. He went there for rehab for his foot and all he does is lay in a bed in a room. Has not done physical therapy like they sent him there to do. They treat him like he does not know what to do with himself. They write things down and say that they are doing it when they are not.

The Staff was very friendly and other staff help you find your way. The facility was very clean and smelling good.

Really pleasant place went to see a relative like the way they’re being treated. The staff was very kind. I love it.
