Elkhart Clinic Walk-In & Occupational Medicine

Doctor Sue arrived to the Clinic 45 mins late. I had to leave because she would’ve made me late to work. I wasted gas, and my son had to be seen for his earache, so I had to pull his Dad from work, all because of her inconvenience. This was an horrible experience. I also should’ve be notified that she was running late, I shouldn’t have had to ask if she was running late, someone definitely should have told me. It was such an inconvenience for me, and my 5 year old son that was sitting there in pain.

In and out in very reasonable time. I use if I don't want to use my GP and both at same place Elkhart Clinic. GP's overwhelmed with influx of all new patients. Sometimes takes hour wait at clinic and that's with s appointment. Never more than 15 minutes at walk in clinic in back

Today was my first experience utilizing the walk in clinic and I was amazed by how easy and fast check in was. I went right after they opened and got right in. I received the best care possible from everyone involved, the receptionist, the nurse and the doctor. I was absolutely delighted with the care I received and am very grateful to have been treated so kindly when I wasn't feeling well. I HIGHLY recommend the walk in Clinic and praise all the staff for the exemplary care I received. Thank You, all!❤️ ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Dr. Rakhra, her team of nurses, and the receptionist are just amazing. I have taken my parents and myself there many times when we could not get in to see our regular doctor. I ALWAYS feel that we get top-notch care with genuine concern for our needs. I never feel that we are being rushed through but instead feel that they take extra time to understand and treat us, all with a warm and friendly smile. They have removed staples from my mom's head injury and hearing aid parts that got stuck in her ear; they have treated us for shingles, rashes, staph infections, the flu--you name it! With very reasonable wait times, I wouldn't consider going anywhere else for our Urgent Care needs! Highly recommend.

Terrible service! Do NOT come. Dr. Hughes refused to see me (after I drove an hour to be there, and arrived a couple minutes early). Blew me off to talk to a Pharma rep! -Never again! I’ve never been more upset with a medical provider in my life!! You should all be ashamed of the way I was treated. I filled everything out online before I came in for my appointment. My appointment was for 1:30 and I arrived a few minutes beforehand, but bc it was my first time in I still needed to see a receptionist and fill out a piece of paper before heading back to rheumatology. I arrived at the Wing B receptionist at 1:37. She took entirety too long to open her window and start talking with me. She then told me that bc I was “late” Dr. Hughes may not see me.
