Dr. Cheung explains everything clearly, makes you feel comfortable, and delivers high-quality work with great attention to detail. Please be aware that when booking a new patient appointment online with this practice, your scheduled time slot may be canceled if you do not speak directly with the office or the person responsible for setting appointments. I spoke with an individual, who called once during business hours while I was at work. The call/text only covered basic information that could have easily been discussed during the in-office patient setup, making it feel like an unnecessary screening step. In my case, this resulted in a poor experience, especially after I arrived for my scheduled 7:00 AM appointment. There was no notification or update indicating that my appointment had been canceled due to a lack of response, which added to the confusion.
