Do not waste your time or money here. My experience with this urgent care was a complete disaster from start to finish. First, the medical care was a joke. I waited nearly 2 hours in the lobby just to be seen for 5 minutes. The doctor was incredibly rude and acted like he didn’t even want to help me. He essentially told me there was nothing he could do and that I should just go see my primary care doctor. It was a total waste of a visit. To make matters worse, the front desk incorrectly entered my medical record number during that first visit. For the last two months, I have been trapped in a billing nightmare. My wife took our son here for urgent care after being told our insurance was accepted. Two days later, we were bombarded with payment texts. When we finally got through after an hour on hold, they claimed our insurance rejected the claim. However, our insurance confirmed they never even received one. The level of unprofessionalism is staggering. They refused to speak with our insurance representative, refused to mail a paper claim when requested, and eventually handed us an invoice and told us to mail it ourselves. We were forced to pay out of pocket just to stop the constant harassment of automated messages. Now we are stuck in a long reimbursement process because they refused to do their jobs. Save yourself the emotional distress and go elsewhere.

This was our first time visiting this urgent care, and the experience was excellent. My sister called ahead since they close at 8:30pm, and the staff kindly told us if we could get my mom there before 7:30pm, she would be seen. We really appreciated that clear communication. When we arrived with my mom for her red eye, the staff were welcoming, kind, and friendly. She was seen right away, just as promised. The nurse practitioner was especially wonderful—very friendly, patient, and informative. She explained everything clearly and helped us feel comfortable and reassured before going home. We’re so grateful for the care my mom received. Highly recommend this urgent care!

I took my son to this urgent care and we met a girl (probably Asian - Tina) who uses a lot of makeup and cosmetics, with fake eyelashes and long, curly hair. Her communication/behavior with my son (6y) and myself was very unprofessional, rude, and full of hate. Her behavior and communication do not fit her to work for a medical center. I have been through some reviews and noticed similar comments from other patients, and I don’t know what is wrong with this urgent care management that they still keep her there. Also, while reading the reviews, I noticed a lot of fake reviews written by ChatGPT.

I walked in last Saturday with a painful ear infection but received great care by NP Dominic and a care staff named Sheela. They really know, how to handle patients really calmly.
