Elk Grove Pharmacy 2

The two employees present barely spoke any English. It took several minutes of attempted conversation to get the answer from one of them that they do not carry pseudoephredine.  I'm still not confident that either even understood what I was asking for.

I have been a client of elk Grove pharmacy 2 for about 5 years now. The pharmacy is owned by Brian and his wife Tu. There's also another lovely pharmacist there by the name of Tee. Brian came to my apartment and interviewed me when I was interested in their delivery service he has very pertinent questions and wanted to make sure that he understood what my medical and prescription needs were. I am most pleased with the delivery service and especially the very nice delivery associates that bring medications to my door. If you're in the market for a pharmacy that can fill your needs and deliver so you don't have to wait in long lines at the pharmacy and of course they provide other products as long as you let them know what you need then I would highly suggest that you try them I don't think

placed a prescription order and they said it'll be ready Friday. they did not have the medication Friday and said it'll be ready Monday. went all weekend without medication. on Monday, we called them and they said it'll be ready by noon. by noon we call and it still wasn't ready, they said they're filling it right now and they hung up the phone. when I went to pickup the medicine it was short. I told them the amount it should be and they looked up the doctor's order and confirmed the amount it should be but still short us. they said they couldn't reverse what they already filled even tho it was their mistake. and they claim and said they're professional.

I used to get my medication from Walgreens and it used to cost me an arm and a leg, even after my insurance cost. Plus on of the pharmacy staff was very rude every time I went to get my prescription. Then one day, I decided to give this pharmacy a try because it’s next to one of my doctor offices. My copay for my medication went way down and the pharmacy staffs are very professional, friendly and helpful. Been with them ever since.

From the moment I stepped into the phamacy, I was greeted with genuine kindness and profesionalism. You staff listened attentively,addressed my concerns and provided clear explonations. Moreover you always deliver the medicine as soon as possible. Additionally you can deliver insulin to the patient. Thank you for the remarkble sevice.
