I fully agree with the other review. I too have been seeing Dr. Triana for several years and a few months ago I was told I had to come in for a visit to receive my lab orders that they had forgotten to give me on my last visit. Now, I am being told that I have to come in to get my thyroid med refilled. Also, they are telling me that they don't have my new (over a year old) insurance info that I gave them last year and I must pay a large balance before I can be seen by the doctor. But, they happily took my copay. Sorry to say that I may have to change my primary doctor soon.

Dr Triana is an AMAZING Dr!! And her staff is the best. Everyone is kind, funny and very easy to be around. They make you feel so welcome in their office. And Dr Triana takes time with you, where as most Dr's nowadays rush you out the door and don't listen to you. She is very knowledgeable and I absolutely love her. Her bubbly personality is the best. And her nurse.....she rocks! Truly a great Dr with a great staff. Highly recommend her.

Dr. Triana is the best primary doctor I found in the Charlotte County area. She provides me with primary care & BIOTE. Dr. Triana is compassionate, she listens & I never feel rushed. When I found Dr. Triana I thought I had hit old age but her careful guidance of my health needs has returned me to a more youthful outlook and a more youthful body. BIOTE made an amazing difference in my body, my wellbeing, my spirit and increased libido. I reclaimed my former body, was no longer tired all day & did I mention how pleased my husband & I are with our awesome sex life! Don't hesitate, call Dr. Triana's office now. My Primary Doctor sent a referral order over for me on 5/1/24. After a week of not hearing from Dr. Triana office I called to be told they never received the referral. So they requested that I email my drivers license and insurance card and they’d be calling me to schedule an appointment. Two more weeks go by and I call the office again to follow up, no answer so I left a voicemail. After no return call I decided to call the office back AGAIN and the lady who answered VERY rudely informed me she received my email and someone would be calling. Now here we are 6/4/2024 just left another voicemail over a month since my referral was sent and I’ve heard absolutely nothing from this office. I’ll be calling my primary office to inform them of the situation and request that they don’t refer anyone

Dr Triana has been my doctor for years. I see her 4 times a year. I called to get an order for a mammogram and was told I needed to pay for an appointment to get an order for it. I had to cancel my mammogram appt. Usually, I get the mammogram and make an appointment to discuss results plus review my bloodwork. I'm not paying twice. I'm very upset and disappointed.
