I am so pleased with my orthodontic care with Dr. Zugai with the clear Candid aligner trays. She is such a personable Dr. and has such passion for the care she provides! I have wanted to do braces for many years and I’m so glad I am finally doing them with a Dr. I trust and that she chose to do it through Candid! The trays are great and so clear you can really not even tell I have them in! Also Candid is so cool there’s an app you keep track of your treatment on and you use your phone to scan and update photos of your teeth! It is so easy, cute, & fun!

I came in as a first-time patient, expecting a routine teeth cleaning—something I specifically requested when scheduling. However, when I arrived, I was surprised to find that my appointment had been set up as a migraine consultation instead. I suspect this may have stemmed from a mention of my upcoming neurologist appointment during the initial call, which caused some confusion. The dental team did offer to fit me in later that day to fix the issue, which I appreciated. However, when I spoke with the scheduler, the conversation took a disappointing turn. She made unnecessary comments about the notes on my account and insisted that there was no mention of a cleaning request. I had a dental emergency a few days before I was leaving for an international trip. I called the office and they were incredibly accommodating and fit me in for an appointment before I left the country. From the moment I arrived, the staff was friendly and professional, making me feel at ease during a very stressful time. Dr. Zugai and her assistant, Brooke, were very attentive and explained everything clearly before proceeding with the treatment. I left the office feeling relieved and grateful for the excellent care that I received. I would highly recommend Elizabeth Township Family Dentistry - they truly put their patients first.

I have had wonderful experiences with every visit. Jackie is the absolute best. She is kind, compassionate, and thorough. Laura is wonderful, too! I had terrible experiences in the past. If it wasn’t for these two, I would still be still be nervous and dreading the dentist. I’ve always seen Dr. Burns and I like her as well. Great place!

The dentists are amazing and caring. Beth is exceptional, she goes above and beyond working with our insurances and follows up along the way. This is a great place to take your family for all dental care.
