Hi! Ms Printup, today you spoke with me on call, you were incredibly rude. I have never treated anyone with disrespect like that. I woke up this morning and didn't even attempt to call you. I called my pcp not remembering it was Saturday to see if I needed allergy medicine due to the fact that I was in the hospital with a ear full of blood last night at 2am in some of the worst pain I've ever felt. I feared it may have been due to the fact that I have a beautiful cat that I have rescued from a barn and I participated in 9 rescues of cats within the last 4 months. So instead of my doctor, the answering service redirected me to you. I did not do that. Answering, you asked me what I wanted and said that my situation was not an emergency and berated me for calling. Even the tone and the sarcas
