Elizabeth Ene, APRN, FNP-C

Unfortunately I never met Elizabeth so this is not about her. It’s about the front desk personnel. Ricky or Richard. He is very rude and I feel he lacks the emotional intelligence or even the medical intelligence to represent any doctors office let alone a black female doctors office. His representation of that office is terrible and the way he is so comfortable going back and forth with a patient or a prospective patient and so comfortable with the things he says and his tone makes me wonder if the physicians there are not aware of how rude he is and condone it. He’s too comfortable. I’m pretty sure Elizabeth is a great physician, however your front desk represents your office and no one wants to have to deal with that when you come in and you already may not feel well or have medical str
