This was my very first microneedling treatment, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I had the procedure done on my scalp, face, and neck, and Mary was absolutely incredible throughout the entire process. She took the time to explain everything in detail, answered all my questions, and made sure I felt comfortable from start to finish. I was a bit nervous going in, but Mary’s calm and professional approach immediately put me at ease. The treatment on my scalp was surprisingly comfortable, and I’m excited to see the results for hair growth over the next few weeks. Mary also provided clear aftercare instructions that were easy to follow, which made my recovery smooth and stress-free. They have a great looking facility, the Dr I saw I liked, however never followed up with the recommendations or the personnel did not, it takes them forever to give a referral even if they have 2 weeks to do it before my appointment With a different facility so by the time they send the referral the other facility cancelled my appointment. I have asked for my records and the office manager very kindly said she was sending them to me the next day ….3 weeks went by and I am still waiting, they seldom return your calls when you need to renew a prescription. Just extremely disappointed with their way of working

Worst customer service! I’ve been calling for 3 days to book an appointment. They made me wait 24 hrs to verify my insurance. They never call back so I decided to call them and they told me that I need to assign the doctor Jose A Rios as my PCP. I called to my health insurance and they did it. So today I call again and after 30 min they told me this doctor isn’t taking my insurance anymore. Why didn’t tell me from the first time? This clinic just wasted my time. !!!!! You guys have to learn how to work

Elite is a joke and not trustworthy at all: Absolutely disgusting care provided by this company if i could give zero starts I would. My mother had to call, visit email multiple times to beg for referrals to be sent for emergency appointment to find out if she has a serious life threatening illness potentially . THIS COMPANY ARE LIARS and will tell you anything to get you off the phone. They will tell you they sent the referral and then find out it was not sent. This happened with multiple, unrelated doctors. Absolutely disgusting treatment, do not send to ur loved ones here if you care about them at all.

I am happy with Dr. Rios, he is very professional and compassionate. The OFFICE staff is friendly and kind, but you can't communicate with them. When you call, who answers you is a call center outside of the office. Unfortunately, their out of office REFERRAL department is a complete nightmare. I have never experienced such unprofessional people, very poor customer service.
