EliteCare Health Centers- Angie Layme, MD

I love Tess and Dr Layme but their staff is my problem. They never answer the phone and don't return messages. I had an xray done on Thursday and I called on Friday (twice) before I got a return call she said it would take at least 48 hours and they would have Monday. I waited until Tuesday to call and left a message that was never returned. I call the place I had the xray done and they told me they sent it the same day I had it. I finally got the results today and I have a fractured wrist. I have switched my primary care doctor and would not recommend this office to anyone. Edit: Two days after I was told it was fractured someone else from the office called to tell me it all looked good no fractures? I'm sorry but they don't know what they are doing and have no business handling

I have waited TWO MONTHS for an authorization from this drs office, for my NEUROSURGEON…had MAJOR neck surgery last JUNE….I'm still under my surgeon’s care…NOBODY from Lindo’s office LET ME KNOW THE DR SAID NO TO MY AUTHORIZATION!!! I’m BEYOND PISSED….i used to manage medical offices. This IS AN EMBARRASSMENT!! His office did NOT REACH OUT TO ME. Back and forth, between me AND the neurosurgeons staff…calling over and over again, TRYING TO GET IT DONE. APPARENTLY, Dr Alfredo Lindo’s STAFF doesn’t give A FIG me or anyone ELSE, but their own selves!!! I’m giving their “referral” dept just ONE hour to correct this. Anyone deserves BETTER TREATMENT THAN THAT…

From all the ladies in the office to Dr Tess (haven't met Dr. Angela yet) - I have been amazed and thrilled at the top-notch quality of care I've been receiving! Dr Tess even CALLED me with results from my bloodwork! Wow! Exceptional care, concern & thoroughness in my evaluations! Thank all y'all! ~mm

My first appointment today with dr. Alfredo Lindo and I was impressed how professional and caring he was! He listened all my concernes patiently and is very qualified and polite!

Very positive. Really liked my nurse practitioner. Very thorough and actually listened to all my needs.
