Elite Sports Physical Therapy

I started going to ESPT after a severe car vs. bicycle accident injury. My "in-plan" physical therapy consisted of a booklet of exercises I would do at home, then they'd see me in a couple of weeks. I cracked the booklet open but didn't get very far before concluding it was hopeless. I was somewhat familiar with the practice as I'd used it years before. So, I decided to go out of pocket because I thought it was my only hope of really getting better. Upon entering ESPT, I found the care exceptional. I would have an entire session focused on pain management. You can't put that in a booklet! I did indeed improve. Not only did I go once, but I went back again after knee meniscus surgery. I've only had a handful of sessions so far, but the positive impact is already noticeable. The entire staff is knowledgeable, enthusiastic, and truly invested in your care. I've had the pleasure of working with Dr. Kim, who brings great energy and expertise. She also delegates to her team while staying closely involved, and there's no drop in the quality of care — everyone is fantastic. 10/10, I’ll definitely be returning!

When I came to ESPT, I just had hardware removed from my knee. My bones were still healing, my muscles had atrophied, and it was very stiff. However, I needed to get some motion back into my knee before I could have a knee replacement. No other clinics were willing to touch my case but ESPT took it on and I am so glad that they did. I’ve had a great experience at ESPT! From start to finish, the team has been professional, supportive, and attentive. I started there after a compressed nerve left me with incredible back and hip pain. It’s been a few months, and PT has undoubtedly helped me regain mobility and lessen the pain. Dr. Kim is incredibly patient, and always takes the time to clearly explain each part of my treatment and answer my questions.
