I had a very mixed experience at Elite Smiles Dental. The dental hygienist I worked with was kind, friendly, and made me feel comfortable during my appointment — she deserves recognition for the care she provided. Unfortunately, the experience at the front desk was the complete opposite. The receptionist was not welcoming, did not smile or acknowledge me warmly, and came across as very cold and judgmental. First impressions matter, especially in a healthcare setting where patients may already feel anxious or vulnerable. Customer service at the front desk sets the tone for the entire visit, and this interaction left me feeling uncomfortable before I even sat down for treatment. Have been with Elite Smiles for a few years now. I’m very happy with absolutely everything. They are honest and very professional. My whole family is with them too. We appreciate that we don’t feel like they are trying to push on something we don’t need which was the reason we left clinic we were with prior.

After coming here for 5 years and having great experiences, I had a horrible one today that change my whole view of this place. My regular cleaning was scheduled for Jan. They called me and asked if i would come in earlier since I am allowed 2 cleanings per calendar year. I said sure but only for the cleaning as I would be a little pressed for time. I arrive early, get called to the back on time and sit down. They proceed to tell me that I am due for xrays. I said I told them on the phone that i couldn't do xrays today so I would pass on that for this visit. Another lady came in, (i can only assume she was the office manager as she did not identify herself) and said it is their new office policy that xrays had to be done or else I couldn't be seen....
