I just want to say this place has the sweetest staff. From day one I've been treated with care and kindness. They are always happy and in good spirits. I go to physical therapy with victory in the back and they are always very attentive to my needs. They are always engaging in conversation and take time to know each and every one of their patients. I highly recommend this location to any one in need of physical therapy. You will not be disappointed.

I've been here for since 2021 and the front desk staff Ellie, Kiran, Odalys & LAURA🤏 are amazing & so helpful. They are fun, patient, caring & always mindful. Physical therapist & chiropractor in the back are great. They really know what they're doing and always attentive. I highly recommend coming here!

I came here for the first time this past week. My appointment was at 12:15, I got there around 12:10. The receptionist handed me paperwork to fill out (because I was a new patient) which took me about 10 minutes. I handed the receptionist my paperwork and sat patiently. As time went on, I noticed it was almost 1:00. I had been waiting for over a half hour for my scheduled appointment. I went up to the receptionist & asked how much longer it would be. She had informed me that the staff WENT. TO. LUNCH… I was in disbelief. I asked her why she scheduled me for 12:15 if that was “lunch time” and she just smirked and told me “they’ll be back at 1:00, it’ll only be a couple more minutes” I have never experienced that before & I simply was at a loss for words. This is one of the best local physical therapy offices in Poughkeepsie! All of the employees even the office manager are always so respectful, responsive , and helpful . My favorite part about coming here is the staff in physical therapy, they are very understanding and friendly. They try their best to always have a positive attitude and make positive relationships with patients .

The staff, Janae, Paula and Marcela, is warm, caring and efficient. They listen to your concerns and work hard to make sure your visits and other related services are well coordinated. They were able to obtain appointments for me on short notice when I needed other services. It's so good to be able to receive the level of care these professionals provide!
