Great care and service. Dr Gowda was very straightforward regarding treatment and process. Many thanks to Nurse Michelle for being the most supportive and caring part of the process, from my first appointment to last days of physical therapy. Compliments to the surgical nurse Stacy who was always willing and able to answer my questions and concerns.

I have called for a month trying to ask someone about my prescriptions being sent. Also, not 1 person has return a phone call after leaving over 20 times. During my visit the MA literally took her phone out her pocket when doing my blood pressure and called and had a conversation when I was sitting there. The next MA came in asking me did she take my blood pressure and I said yes, she probably didn’t right it down because she was on her cell phone. I am a Office Manager myself of a medical facility and this would never be tolerated
