Brad Gilden is the best Physical Therapist I've ever seen by far. He fixed my vertigo - which of course was in the middle canal, not the outer like most people, and he's given me exercises to keep it away. It's surprising how many people have this problem and they say it comes back. Hopefully mine never will. He treats the whole person. I'm back for my knee and again - the best PT experience. I very highly recommend him. He's excellent.

I'm a devoted client of Elite. I have worked with several of the therapists, including Adam, Brad, and Katie, and found them all incredibly knowledgeable and skilled. I train with Beth, who has steadily increased my strength and mobility, and kept our sessions fun and interesting. And I do pilates with Corey, who is such a special person, and has helped me tremendously with core strength and alignment. I was extremely fortunate to be introduced to Elite Health Services and Adam Czaplinski after months of research and recommendations from my PT in Palm Beach and local running groups in Greenwich. Rewind 18 months - I broke my right foot in a mountain bike accident in Thailand and shattered all the metatarsal bones in my right foot.
