Based on the negative reviews from others I was reluctant to come here for an X-ray on my back. However, I did utilize Elite for the X-ray. The staff was friendly and courteous. They called me to schedule the appointment and called again to let me know what my financial obligation would be. Both phone calls were a pleasant experience. I did not encounter any rudeness on the phone or in person on the day of my visit.

Highly recommend this place. I had an ultrasound appointment at 10:30 and was seen earlier than scheduled. I was in and out within 20 minutes

I'm sharing my experience that I had today at Elite diagnostics in Tomball. When I arrived I was acknowledged when walking through the door. This to me is good customer service. I really loved how Sara the tech doing my xray and CT scan was very pleasant and knowledgeable. I was a nervous wreck going today but she kept me calm and relaxed. I would recommend going to anyone.

Completely disappointing experience. Lack of professionalism through the whole process (with the office staff and the technician). I had to have three x-rays taken, but the technician had to repeat two of the images because she said "had the machine in the wrong setting". When I said that that was not good for my body, she ignored me (could have apologized for the mistake). I was in the office for 1.5 hours for three x-rays. The technician seem unsecured on her directions on how to place my knee for the shoots. Occasionally I take the time to post positive reviews on places or services, I don't think I ever posted a bad review before, but this time I wanted to review this in hopes to help somebody else. Wouldn't recommend this place to anybody, and certainly won't come back.

I would suggest not to book an appointment if you have to be somewhere within an hour or two of your appointment. I had to wait close to the 30 minute mark and was feeling frustrated because I had to be somewhere. Other than that, the front desk is very friendly, helpful and communicated well with me before my appointment. The technician that I saw was also very nice, explained the process and asked if I had any questions before we began.
