Elite Dental Care

I was referred here by my dentist. I really loved it. Everyone was nice, in a good mood, and attentive. The vibes were there. The place is beautiful too. It's fancy and looks very clean. I went in, ended up withh 2 wisdom teeth extracted plus 1 other tooth. It was actually quick, painless, and they gave thorough instructions and gauze. I felt taken care of 😌 it was a great experience.

Fantastic experience, I had to get a root canal after going to 3 dentist before I got here because all the dentist before this one didn't want to touch my tooth and was told that I would probably have to pull it but Elite Dental said no guarantees but we'll try. This was my least painful experience I ever had at a dentist, and it felt good to keep my tooth. The staff was so nice and polite and comforting. The dentist was so gentle and caring. Thank you Elite Dental for a great experience at the dentist.

My first visit was very pleasant. Just x-rays. The staff was very efficient and nice. I liked the Dr. I'm looking forward to having my dental work done here.

only thing that I’d probably change about my experience would be the front desk acknowledging me or guiding me to sign in and take a seat rather than assuming. Especially as a new patient. Besides that, the staff was great

So far we have had a terrible experience with the communication of this business. After the first initial appointment, I had to call months later to see if my daughter’s approval for a procedure was approved by insurance. They made her an appointment two months later and did not call to follow up like the woman on the phone told me they would. She said if the dentist had issues with the medication my daughter was on, they would contact me. Come the day of the appointment and because that lady never did what she was supposed to, I wasted two hours at this office only to be told I needed a signed paper from my daughters doctor for the dentist to do the procedure. (They rescheduled the procedure for another month). This could have been handled in the TWO MONTHS we waited for this appointment
