Elfers Pharmacy

They are absolutely wonderful. They take good care of their customers, are super sweet and caring. I called them today in a panic. I couldn't get a prescription for antibiotics until 5pm. They close at 530pm. I got in there at 525pm and they got it filled and taken care of for me. Hands down the best customers service I've ever had at any pharmacy in our area.

I find it hard to express my Gratitude to Joe & Angie! I have had the pleasure of working with Joe since he's open. And Angie is the front lady. They work so well with all of my providers and help me keep track of all my meds. They offer free delivery and so much more!! Everyone is treated with dignity and patience. Thank you to Joe and all at Elfers for taking care of me and treating me like family!!

Pretty good staff joes amazing been going here probably 15 yrs an ill keep going till I die they take care of all my meds which is to many lol but they always have them right with all the info I need and there to answer any questions

This Pharmacy has zero customer service. They received electronic prescriptions from my OB doctor. The doctor told me the prescription should be ready by the next morning. I called the next afternoon, and they never even looked at the prescription. They said they don't bother looking at electronic prescriptions, because they don't ever know if the patient needs it or not. So they just wait for the patient to call. I explained to them I want any and all prescriptions prescribed by my doctor, because I was pregnant. I was adhering to my doctor's recommendations. Two months in a row they did the same thing. No matter how many times you go there, they still pretend they have no clue who you are. I would never recommend this Pharmacy. There are hundreds of others to choose from, so it's much ea

My experience with this pharmacy has always been professional, knowledgeable, and very kind. They go above and beyond to get you what you need or in dealing with offices regarding prescriptions. Thank you Joe and staff for all you do. You are appreciated.
