Elevate Physical Therapy- Westport

Everyone in this place is superb. They do a great job of giving you a first rate experience. I was back for post knee replacement and had some big problems with my rom. I thought I would have to have manipulation surgery which was not at all what I wanted after just having surgery, but Mitch said he would get me through Witn PT. I had doubt! Even though he had done amazing jobs on my shoulders and other injuries. A couple months later and my ROM is very good. He had the confidence and talent to get me through yet another time. What else can you say? Lucky to have these guys!!

I can’t say enough good things about Elevate Physical Therapy in Westport, especially Dr. Mitch. After dealing with chronic hip pain for far too long, I finally felt truly listened to and thoroughly evaluated. Dr. Mitch took the time to pinpoint what was actually going on, which made all the difference to start my recovery journey. Beyond the clinical expertise, their kindness and compassion really stand out. The entire environment is supportive, welcoming, and not intimidating. I also really appreciate how thoughtfully considered my exercise plan is, challenging but realistic, designed to fit my current circumstances rather than overwhelm me. Thanks to Dr. Mitch and the Elevate team, I’m already feeling better! I highly recommend to anyone dealing with ongoing pain.

The greatest gift to yourself or a loved one is the care at elevate physical therapy. My 83 year old mother fell and broke her leg. If she had PT care before the fall I am sure she would not have had the fall at all. Thanks to Mitchell and his team it is like my mom is ten years younger. She could not go up stairs and was winded just walking a few feet. She is now walking for an hour around the neighborhood, riding her tricycle and maneuvering the stairs like she’s in her sixties again. Elevate was not only good for her physical mobility but also her emotional health and confidence. If you have an elderly loved one I strongly recommend bringing them to elevate. I couldn’t be happier for my mother. We were very fortunate to find Mitchell and his staff.

If I could give more than five stars I would. I’ve been working with the therapists at Elevate once or twice a week for the past few months due to knee and back injuries. The facility is beautiful, bright, and clean. When you arrive, you’re greeted by Ernie at the front desk - she is a bright ray of sunshiny energy who makes you feel instantly comfortable and welcome. I’ve primarily worked with Erin as my therapist and, on weeks when my schedule doesn’t align with hers, I’ve seen Mitch and Dom. All of the therapists are incredibly knowledgeable and take time to explain what causes each pain and what they are doing to help. It is with great pleasure that I strongly recommend Elevate Physical Therapy ; there is no better place. Erin, Mitch and Ernie have such great personalities . They are all so kind and caring. You can tell that what they do is so much more than a job ; it’s their passion . The facility is cheerful .
