Have gone to Elevate for PT for various reasons over the past few years and have never been disappointed. A friendly, caring, and professional staff that works together to meet the needs of their clients. Matt Scott is the best PT you will ever find so don’t waste time going anywhere else. And Kate is also the best PT you will ever find that offers Pelvic Floor. I've had some digestive problems for a couple of years, causing discomfort and blockage. Kate has helped me so much to work through this and has gotten me on the road to much needed relief in the pelvic floor area. Kimberly has recently joined Elevate and her massages are what the body needs. I had my first massage this week from Kimberely and it felt like heaven. I went to 3 other supposedly highly rated PTs in the valley and was treated without a full understanding of my injuries, causing more pain and injury than healing. After diligently searching around, I found elevate. Been here twice through 2 injuries, knee reconstruction and a torn rotator cuff. Matt, the owner, is incredibly talented and hands on. He understands the body and knows how to treat it. They accept most insurances but I would gladly go out of network to go to someone that understands how to strengthen and heal injuries as well as they do here. Kate with PT is excellent! She explains things so well and teaches the why behind the treatment and therapy. Steven is a great trainer! He is very knowledgeable and works hard to make sure you are using correct form to maximize your workout and prevent injury. He is great to work with and customizes workouts according to your goals and preferences. Everyone at Elevate has always been so friendly and helpful!

Kylie is an amazing personal trainer who immediately put me at ease when I first came to her with concerns about aches, strength, and overall health! She listened to my goals, taught me proper equipment use, and created a personalized plan that is really improving my health & strength. She is always friendly, knowledgeable, and very supportive! Elevate has a new class, Strength and mobility. Kylie is a great coach! I’ve been loving the class and has helped me with my strength and mobility specially after my car accident. I felt a difference on the first class! Come and try it out for yourself! :)
