Elevate Care in Riverwoods is the very best of nursing facilities with such a wonderful caring staff. At Elevate Care every one is so welcoming and professional from Administration, Admissions, very caring Doctors and Nurses and CNA's and both Physical and Occupational Therapists and every one who is part of his team gives the utmost attention and care to my husband and his needs. It is a beautiful building with such clean and comforting home-like rooms and a huge beautiful gym for therapy and all staff are just so friendly, attentive and prompt in caring for my husband. Even some of the doctors and nurses call me weekly to give me updates on my husband's care and medications. The hospitality staff is also so friendly and really care about the patients. I spent 2 years at Elevate Care ! Lost my foot to infection due to type 2 diabetes. The staff on had was good . 👍 kitchen staff treated me amazing. The place is clean . The thing I like most is activities. The exercise in mornings and the party/food in afternoon with different themes. The laundry lady always folded my clothes. Wich I miss alot . Thank you to the staff for all you have done for me .

To Whom It May Concern, I am writing to formally express my deep dissatisfaction with my recent experience at Elevate Care following my spinal fusion surgery. The level of care, cleanliness, and overall environment was not only disappointing but also concerning for my health and well-being. Upon entering my room, I found the bed unmade and dirty linens present, prompting me to request assistance in making my bed. To my shock, I discovered that there were crawling bugs in my bed, as shown in the attached picture. This is completely unacceptable and indicative of a lack of cleanliness that is entirely unprofessional. Unfortunately, no staff members took the initiative to gather essential information regarding my medical history, including allergies. This oversight led to a serious inciden

The nursing staff and aids at Elevate Care in Riverwoods are friendly and attentive and keep us informed if Dad isn’t eating well. Dad is a new patient there and previously lived with us in our home. He has been bedridden for the past 2 years and had to stay in his room since we were unable to get him into a wheelchair. His 1st week at Elevate they ordered him a new large padded reclining wheelchair and I was able to take him out of his room for the first time in two years!! I don’t know who was happier him, or me! I would definitely recommend Elevate care.
