Elevate Care Country Club Hills

I recently place my mom here and was nervous because it's a new environment and I'm dealing with health issues. There were bump in the road but any issue that arise I was able to communicate with the nurses on the unit the DON or the ADON if Don was not available. My mom seems to be happy here with staff and other resident in the facility. I couldn't have pick a better place thank you for all you do! It's takes a caring heart to take care of someone elderly and I appreciate all that you guys do here!

The workers were very friendly and helpful. My nephew was very clean and appeared very comfortable. Because he is unable to speak I can only relay on visual appearance. The facility did not have a foul odor.

Very kind and courteous staff from housekeeping, guest services, nurses, to therapy. But my biggest round of applause goes to the CNAs, without them NOTHING gets done, they are the boots on the ground from sunrise to sunset 24 hours a day, They work with and without adequate supplies, because they have to make it work- so shoutout to Elevate, a special thanks to dietary for my cheeseburgers

Very attentive to my family needs and always professional. The staff has excellent bedside manner’s and I feel comfortable having my family member there. The facility itself is always clean and sanitized.

this is the place where I believe they push people off the bed. My mom had a big bruise on her knees and a bump on her head. She went to the emergency. She was there for like three days. The bump was gone on her head. The next day they call my My son and said oh your grandmother got out of bed again and I know she can’t and she only hurt her knee. The bump is the same bump it was from before They lied right to him and write to me to my face. I had pictures from the hospital so I know it was A lie they abuse people if you’re not there enough and they put you upstairs. They try to hurt my mouth so many times they messed with her medicine even antibiotics. They know that she’s supposed to be on them every day they didn’t give them to her for weeks and she was in another world that place does
