Elements Massage

My husband went for a massage since his chiropractor was out of town. The massage was only so-so. Not enough for him to go back. THEN we started getting billed $89 a month then $99 a month saying he had joined something. He never joined their "club" and he never signed anything other than to sign in. When I questioned them they sent me the document he supposedly signed. HE DID NOT SIGN IT. TOTAL FRAUD. I have yet to get his money back, but I am going to report them.

Janice and the team at Elements Massage are wonderful! The quality of care and customer service is top-notch, and my members and I always have a great experience here. Janice goes above and beyond. When I run fitness challenges I often purchase gift cards at Elements Massage for prizes and my members love them. I usually believe in writing good reviews or otherwise not writing any at all, but my experience here was very underwhelming. The massage was alright, but felt rushed and inadequate. But what I felt appalling was the behavior of the receptionist who seemed like doesnt want to do her job, she never even smiled or greeted me properly, she seemed very grumpy and also wasn’t hospitable. The massage therapist was better but they both made it a point to tell me that I was late even though I walked in at my appointment time and was only late because I had to use the bathroom for 5 mins before my massage because I was working before this and needed to use the restroom. When I entered the room the therapist told me that I was late and hence she will have to cut the massage timing as she has another
