Elements Massage

I had 90-minute massage gift card for my mom, but apparently she was only booked for a 60-minute massage. I didn’t realized until she called me to pick her up. I was surprised it was only an hour because I remember booking for the gift card which was for 90 min. Even though she received only 60 minutes, the spa still redeemed the full 90-minute gift card. I also added enhancements and was asked to pay extra rather than having the gift card applied appropriately. I understand mistakes happen, but how they handled it matters. Unfortunately, the manager wouldn't speak with me, which left a bad impression. Disappointing experience overall.

Kelly is the best. I definitely recommend her. She works out my lower back and glutes really well. Great technique. You can tell she knows what she’s doing.

Element Massage in Round Rock and Harker Heights are honestly a disappointment. The staff is uninformed and unprofessional. Since when is a doctor’s note required for a lymphatic massage? I’ve had these massages after surgery at other places, and no one has ever required that. If your clinic already makes clients sign paperwork releasing you from liability, why would a doctor’s note be necessary on top of that? It makes no sense. On top of that, the staff didn’t even seem knowledgeable about post-surgery requirements, which is concerning for a clinic that offers these services. Clients deserve informed, consistent, and professional care — not confusion and unnecessary roadblocks.

Bought 6 massages for my husband and myself to be able to go in together and haven't been able to do that because of Elements poor availability. When we finally got two massages scheduled together several months out they canceled on one of us.

Tim did amazing like always, sometimes i feel like his massages makes me smarter!😂
