Elements Massage

The staff was very friendly, and my massage therapist did an excellent job. He listened carefully to the issues I was having and focused on the areas that needed attention. I get bad tension headaches almost every week, and before coming here, I had one that wouldn’t let up for nearly a month. After my massage, I’ve been pain-free for over a week now. I’ll definitely be coming back!

I’m a repeat customer of this business and have had many good experiences here before. However, I feel that I’ve been taken advantage of due to a recent experience. I had a massage scheduled that I had to cancel the day before due to an unexpected work commitment. I called and was informed that I would be charged for this cancellation, which I understood and said was okay. But the next day, when telling my coworker about this, she said she could fill my massage slot for me so that I wouldn’t be charged the cancellation fee. I called to tell them that I could fill the spot for them so they wouldn’t lose business when they informed me that they had already filled the slot and that I would still be charged the full $200 for the massage.
