I came in for a cavity checkup and was seen by a new dentist. I’ve been to this clinic before, so I could tell this dentist and assistant were new. Neither of them greeted me or introduced themselves — they acted cold and disinterested the entire time. The appointment felt rushed because they had a lot of patients, but that’s not an excuse for how unprofessional and careless the experience was. I mentioned seeing black spots on my teeth, but they dismissed it quickly without a thorough check. They barely communicated and didn’t seem interested in hearing me out. Then, without explaining why or asking for consent, the dentist started filing my teeth. There was no numbing, no warning, and it was painful. I read the reviews and wasn’t going to take a chance, but I’m glad I did. They did an emergency wisdom tooth removal. Baby when I tell you the process was easy and pain free. This place is great. I don’t understand why all the negative reviews. One of my tooth, he couldn’t pull so he referred to me to an oral surgeon. Absolutely love this place. Thank you!

Dr. Houssein Harajli is amazing His office staff is super sweet and so accommodating. I brought in my Niece because she was in so much pain from being treated at another location. Doctor was so accommodating to take her in last minute ; not only that he took his time and made sure the job was done the CORRECT way along with his amazing staff, highly recommended. I had my teeth cleaning done. Since than I was having toothache that was getting stronger gradually day by day. I went there to see the doctor on Wednesday as the pain was unbearable by that time. They say I have to come back on Monday for that. A toothache is very serious pain, only they know who had it before. It started from their faulty cleaning. Doctor should address it right away. That's very irresponsible of them telling me to come back 5 days later in such an urgent case. Shame on you doctor!!
