Electric City Dental Care

I'm not a fan of the dentist, but I've had nothing but good experiences going to Electric City. I'm greeted by someone on staff as soon as I come in the office. I haven't had to wait long before I was called back. The dentist is nice and always ask how I'm doing. Octavius has been great the last couple of times I was there. (sp) I think that's his name. He took the time to explain my x-rays and why certain things were important to get taken care of earlier than others. I still don't like going to the dentist. Lol 😂 But I still refer people to Electric City Dental because hands down...they do a great job! I have 2 more appointments this year and I have no doubt they will continue the same great service!! Even with the crown and root canal coming up in May... 😆 UGH!! 😆 KBORDERS!!

Honestly I don’t care to come back here despite using this dentist for over 3 years. Subpar Invisalign treatment and they didn’t take care of my teeth properly like an orthodontist would, my mistake for coming to a dentist. Decided to shave down my tooth and use composite filling instead of using rubber bands like any other place. Overall 2-3k down the drain for terrible Invisalign and my teeth don’t look good compared to anyone I know who has gotten Invisalign treatment with an orthodontist and recieved whitening -and composite as part of their treatment. The dental assistants are great but there’s only ONE dentist and it takes forever, I had to go back in numerous times because a tooth wasn’t tracking properly (they didn’t care) and they offered me 0 help but basically ruining my tooth w

I can’t say enough about Electric city dental!!! The front desk staff and the dental assistance’s are absolutely amazing! I am a first timer with these guys , but they really exceeded my expectation.. Dr Hoveida is a great dentist. I would highly recommend Electric city dental to anyone that is looking for a new Dentist..

I love Dr. Hoveida! He is so kind and doesn’t rush you through. He takes time to talk to you and make you feel comfortable. His staff are all so friendly also.

Honestly I’m a bit disappointed in the experience I had here. My cleaning was perfectly fine. They printed out my benefits and all of my insurance pricing before hand which was great. Here’s what was not so great. I get a voicemail a few months later saying I have an outstanding balance and to call as soon as possible. I call back and they said “oh we just needed to remind you to schedule your next appointment for invisalign (I specifically told them NO numerous times as I cannot afford it and my insurance does not cover any of it. I got a second opinion from another dentist and they stated that Invisalign was not necessary for my teeth. This office will lie to you saying you NEED to get Invisalign to fix imperfections. They will also call to lie about having an “outstanding balance” just
