This facility is absolutely horrible, it may look nice on the outside but please don’t be fooled. The whole building smells like feces and urine. If you are a patient here and have an emergency and sound the alarm which is a button connected to your bed you might as well forget it. The man who had a room with my Grandpa couldn’t use the restroom on his own so he has to be lifted with a machine (recovering from a stroke) a young black girl came in the room and took him in the bathroom closed the door came back out said this is some bs and stormed out of the room and left him stranded so the wife of the patient had to figure out how to operate the machine herself and get her husband out of there. On a positive note Kim at the front desk is really nice and the manager seems nice too but actio

My husband stayed here for a week last December for respite care through the VA. All went well and so we scheduled another week this last August. I was told that the orderly would get him settled and unpack his suitcase and that I could go ahead and leave. Turns out no one ever unpacked his clothes and the only time clean ones were used is the day I picked him up. My husband also told me when we got home that he had called 911 on his cell phone to report that he had been sitting in his poop for 7 hours!

This facility is owned by Post Acute Partners from NYC. and owned by Warren Cole and Dr. Rubin. This is a For Profit organization whose focus is a return on their investment. This place should be closed down. They do not offer basic patient services because "they are short staffed". My recent experience with a relative who needed very very basic post operation therapy after surgery at Buffalo General is beyond disappointment. I imagine the formal complaints filed on this facility to be miles high and do no good other than give the patient a 2 second feeling of satisfaction. I feel that if you have a loved one needing their services, this is NOT the place for them. If this is for that family member who you've hated all your life.... you are in luck. Complaining is futile. Calls are

If I could give this place a zero star I think the place is horrible. I think their care is horrible. I think because they take Medicaid patients there they treat them like they’re less than and granted I know the nurses aids don’t get paid a lot of money, but your job is to take care of people and if you’re not gonna do that, then get a different job .If there’s a patient in there, that is a diabetic and they’re supposed to be wearing diabetic stockings and you continue not to put them on then there’s an issue in the facility, not doing their job. i’ve been in there many times where it has stunk so bad that you could almost gag, but obviously when the state‘s gonna come in they clean and it smells good like it should at all times out not just because the state is coming in or the health

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. My grandmother came here for rehab of a broken femur/hip and shoulder. She is 100% well aware of everything going on around her. The first day she arrives to the facility, I went to visit her around 1pm. As I walk into the room, she is in tears telling me that she has been sitting in her urine for over an hour because no one will answer her call button. Her roommate at the time confirms this statement. I go to the nurse who is standing at the station and tell them that my grandmother needs to be cleaned hence the fact that she is bed ridden and its been over an hour since she called for help. She tells me that they are making their "rounds". Another time I was there, she started having loose stools due to the stool softeners they kept givin
