I was very unimpressed with Dr. Timm and North Texas Institute of Neurology and Headache as a whole. I mentioned my concussion when I booked the appointment (for which they charged a $75 deposit) and also mentioned my concussion in my new patient paperwork well before my appointment. 15 minutes before my appointment, I received a phone call from the NTINH staff advising that I'd been scheduled with a doctor who does not treat concussions, and that I would need to reschedule my appointment. I told them I'd already left work early to drive from Dallas to Plano for my appointment, and they said I could possibly still keep my appointment, as long as I brought images from my CT scan with me.
