El Reno Post-Acute Rehabilitation Center

A called to speak with my mother and they would not allow me. They said I wasn't on the paperwork to get information. I told them I did not want information that I only wanted to speak with her. They said there's a big investigation now. It's been 3 days and no one has still called me back... No one will answer the phone. I guess I'll have to drive the hour and a half to check on my mother. Sheree Pitts yelled and talked over me when I asked to just speak with my mom so I could check on her.

I toured this facility unannounced. I had reservations about the location since I live in Okc. I was impressed with the therapy department right away. I was able to meet the director and she was friendly and informative. I observed speech and physical therapy working with residents. The staff was interacting with the residents and each other in a friendly helpful way. My visit being unplanned or scheduled showed me these interactions were genuine. I would recommend this facility to anyone seeking skilled nursing or therapy services.

Our family member is at this location and the nurses and staff are wonderful. He loves it! He was transferred from a different facility in OKC and we are so thankful that he's now at this nursing home.

These individuals in this place never answered to causing the death of my mother with their negligence in a double dose of insulin given what we were told 15 minutes apart from an eyewitness my mother had told them she already had gotten her insulin but the nurse didn't listen and did it anyway the explanation was the other nurse didn't write it down that she'd give the first dose so instead of listening to my mother and taken a minute or two out of her time she forced another dose against my mother's wishes my mother instantly had a massive heart attack from what I was told from the eyewitness and also Mercy heart hospital in Oklahoma city.. Not an accident because accidentally overdosing a person in this field of work is unacceptable, I wouldn't allow a cockroach to be in their care my

I will continue to speak out about what your staff did to my mother.. Do not trust your loved one in the hands of these people.
