El Paso Obstetrics and Gynecology - North Oregon Street

Before my first appointment, I got a call saying I didn’t have insurance. I got that resolved, but when I came in, I waited over an hour to be seen by Dr. Koch. After my vitals were done, I waited another hour in the waiting room and almost another hour in the exam room. I finally asked what was going on and was told Dr. Koch had an emergency C-section. I completely understand that emergencies happen, but some communication would’ve been appreciated. Dr. Koch herself was very friendly and apologetic, which I appreciated, but the day before my follow-up appointment, the office called again saying I didn’t have insurance, even though my insurance confirmed I do. Four minutes later, they called back to cancel my appointment due to an “unexpected event.” The office really needs to improve th

Dr. Koch is an absolute angel. Very gentle, caring and thoughtful of her patients. She definitely makes you feel at ease and know that you are in amazing hands.

Very kind and helpful staff, and they work fast and effectively. I was nervous going in but they helped elevate my concerns with their kindness. Keep up the wonderful work Dr Eady and CO.

Great staff, they always look happy and smiling. Office is always clean. Dr. Koch is great. I have never had a bad experience. Highly recommend 😀
