I cannot recommend The social worker Ruth highly enough. During one of the most challenging times in my life, she was a steady source of strength and guidance. She has a unique gift for making you feel heard and respected, never treating you like just another file on her desk. She went out of her way to ensure every detail was handled. Her dedication and kindness have made a lasting impact on my family, and we are incredibly grateful for her advocacy.

I just wanted to thank all of the staff here at El Paso Health and Rehab for treating my mother with the upmost respect and kindness during her stay. Everyone was so attentive and caring. The doctors, nurses, medical assistants, nursing assistants, therapist, activities directors, office personnel. ALL staff was great and I’m very grateful for the care they all provided. My mother came to this facility very weak and ill and now she is stronger and more independent. I see her spirit and sense of self come back and I cannot put a price on that. With my upmost gratitude I thank each and every one of you that cared for my mother. May God Bless You Always.

I’ve only went there twice to visit with my friend her grandma, the place was clean and overall well kept. Staff is friendly and willing to help, the CNAs were super friendly and the nurses so helpful and polite. I recommend the place, my friends grama got out within 20+ days and she was walking again. Ty!!!

My brother Juan was at the rehabilitation center for a couple of weeks for therapy. The care provided to him in all of the departments was great. He was treated with respect by all the staff. A special thanks to Joann, Assistant Activites Director, who kept my brother busy. She was very professional, positive, charming and always trying her best to accommodate all the residents.

Shout out to Vanessa, Area Director of Marketing for always being willing to jump in and help patients who need good quality care and service but also a new home. This team is amazing!!
