Fantastic and friendly staff. The doctors and nurses did a great job listening and helping me with my issue. I really don’t like medical environments but this has been my best experience, thank you!

Everyone was wonderful. They all took very good care of me. I am from out of town and this was not what I had planned for. It was really good to be at a place that cares for their patients.

Super fast, no wait! Ruby checked me in and was so kind. Luis, Chris, Roger, and Dr. Ibarra were extremely efficient and professional. Very compassionate and explained everything very well. Will come back if needed!

My visit to the El Paso Emergency Room East was a pleasant and professional experience. I’ve been here before and it was another stellar visit. The reception with Sonia went smoothly. I didn’t have to wait five minutes. The staff explained everything thoroughly. Guillermo, my nurse, Jose, RAD tech, and my EMT, Manny were excellent with me and provided everything I needed. Just the reassurance itself was appreciated. Dr. Ochoa, explained everything that was going on. Thank you to all!
