El Paso Children's Urgent Care - Eastlake

This morning we took our daughter to this place around 10:00 am because she had a severe headache and was vomiting. When we got to the front desk we received the worst service ever from Raquel. She was more concerned if we were going to be able to pay for the visit than my daughters health. When we mentioned we didn’t have insurance her attitude changed completely going over and over the prices before even asking for our names. The rest of the staff was amazing it was just Raquel in the front that made us feel horrible. Even out daughter felt bad because of Raquels attitude. It’s sad that they have people working around kids with that kind of attitude if ut wasn’t for her our experience would’ve have been amazing. Registration/ Patient access/Clerk whatever her title is she wears clear eyeglass frames extremely rude! If this is the people you hire to be the face of your clinic she is most definitely the reason to not come back. Extremely rude not welcoming hates her job or maybe hasn’t eaten but not welcoming and lack of customer service.

Exceeded our expectations, this is the standard urgent care’s should follow. We were in and out within 30-45min, the level of care was amazing. Thank you to this wonderful team!

Called and very friendly/helpful staff. Walked in and after the paper work(that always takes a while anywhere you go) got seen and super friendly staff. Very clean (except the mess my kids made). Would highly recommend.

What does this place do? Lady in the front can't evem speak up to be heard and says they don't have oxygen for needed occasions. It Says, say good bye to the ER but can't or won't accommodate everything an ER can?
