We wanna thank Dr.Yates and his team for saving our baby, ever since we found out baby was born with multi suture craniumsinostosis , all the sutures of his head were closed, and they said it’s rare for this condition to happen. It was really hurtful to hear. But when we came met Dr Yates and his team they were really professional and very caring towards our son and us, he explained the condition our son had very well and the procedure he would have to do and we knew right there our son was in good hands, we are so lucky he is located here were we live, since the beggining they always were very attentive towards our son and his health and all his check ups and helped us all the way to his recovery. And they are still checking him and making sure everything keeps going good. My son is know

We are disappointed with the level of service we have experienced. Our appointment has been canceled and rescheduled twice, causing unnecessary anxiety and disruption to our plans. This repeated rescheduling, along with delayed follow-up, reflects a lack of reliability and clear communication.

I take my child to the multidisciplinary clinic. Staff is always so wonderful to my son and I- very attentive to needs! Waiting times do fluctuate but staff is always cheerful. The front desk may need a better system of checking in as the process is a little confusing. Other than that, experience and interactions here have been great from all staff! 😊

There is a concerning lack of communication amongst people who answer calls and the “CNAs” you need to speak to. The operator directs calls to people who do not have medical knowledge and your concern falls on deaf ears. It does not help that there is no system in place for medication refills. The lack of medical knowledge, unprofessionalism, and terrible customer service is saddening as this is our only choice in the city.

Called Dr.Fierros office to see the status of a prescription that was supposed to be sent a day prior. Julie Q. Answered the phone super rude and stated the Dr. was out on Vacation till August 1st. As i asked her to repeat herself as i did not understand what she had said prior she began to yell at me and say you are getting transferred because i was "being rude" for asking for her to repeat herself. I then asked to be transferred to the survey to give feedback to which replied one moment and a feminine man came to the phone and stated "i will transfer you the survey" then proceeds to hang up. I hope this is not how the staff treat the kids as this was my first time calling the office and have never experienced so much unprofessionalism.
