El Dorado Hills Dental

I recently had the pleasure of calling the dental office at El Dorado Hills, and let me tell you, their staff has some seriously impressive phone skills! I was in a bit of a pickle with an old abscessed tooth, and my current dentist couldn't fit me in for over a month. Desperate for relief, I reached out to El Dorado Hills Dental, and to my amazement, they said, "We can get you in within an hour!" Talk about speedy service! As I rushed over, my mind was racing with images of Tom Hanks in "Cast Away," trying to pull out his own tooth. But thankfully, my experience at the dental office turned out to be nothing like a survival movie. Upon arrival, I was greeted by a team of warm and friendly staff who made me feel right at home. I am so happy I found El Dorado Hills Dental 3 years ago.! Both Dr Austin and Dr Benjamin have been amazing with my kids but especially my 9 year old boy. To say my son was traumatized by another dental office is an understatement but since being with El Dorado Hills Dental my boy has built a trust with both Dr’s that he actually loves going to them. They make him feel comfortable and they reassure him that everything will be ok and he is in great hands. Every visit has been a wonderful experience and with every staff member there and I couldn’t be more grateful.! They will forever be our family dentists 💕

On the afternoon of July 2 I had a routine cleaning appointment. When the hygienist began, she immediately focused on the rear molar on my lower left jaw, where she detected a potential problem. She asked me some questions about it, including about previous treatments, and said the dentist would have to look at it. After the cleaning, the dentist arrived for his examination and was apprised of the new problem tooth. When he got to that tooth, he immediately issued his finding: “Oh bummer.” With his probe he found a significant soft spot and problem. He explained the tooth would need a crown, no question about it. Furthermore, he said that the problem he found could be degrading quickly, and so I should not delay with the work. Overall, the best experience I’ve had in a dental office in over 50 years. Julie is incredible. The most proficient and intelligent dental hygienist you will ever meet. Dr. Austin is awesome! Kathy runs an amazing office. I wish all businesses were run this way.

Ben and his team were fantastic when my front tooth bridge failed. They got me in quickly and made and installed a new bridge which looks and feels great. Couldn’t be more pleased. I have a new dentist I trust. Try them yourself, I think you will be pleased.
