Usually I have a great experience. This last time was very different. I had a dental assistant who was so rough, it took almost 2 weeks to heal the corners of my mouth which were split. My mouth and lips were sore even longer than that from the rough use of the drainage tube to hold my mouth open during the procedure. The dentist and the assistant who filled a tooth were gentle, but the one lady, while polite, was nearly unbearable. I don’t think I will be able to work with her again. This dentist is good and competent. Most of the staff is excellent. This other lady needs retrained for sensitivity and gentleness. It was a very traumatic experience for me and I have lived through a lot, including cancer twice.

Dr. Keiser and her staff are friendly and professional. They explain in detail what treatments are required, and why. They are in-network for my dental insurance which makes a huge difference in out of pocket costs.

I forgot to take my antibiotics before my appt. I'm glad you had some, but to charge a person 75.00 for 4 antibiotic pills is outrageous!!!
