Our experience at EJ Dental has been absolutely wonderful from start to finish! From the very first orthodontic consultation, the entire team made us feel welcomed, comfortable, and well cared for. They are incredibly kind, patient, and accommodating, especially with my children. When I later noticed an issue with our dental insurance reimbursement, the manager, Angel, went above and beyond to help us. He guided us through the process step by step with professionalism and care, and everything was resolved smoothly and stress-free. Although we still have about a year left in our orthodontic treatment, every monthly visit so far has been a great experience. I went in for a simple tooth extraction and clearly stated that I did not want any additional procedures. I was told they would not perform the extraction unless I agreed to a bone graft. I felt pressured into a treatment I did not want, especially since a bone graft is typically optional and not required in all extraction cases. Patients should have the right to make informed decisions without feeling forced. Unfortunately, this experience felt more financially driven than patient-centered.

Came on Wednesday 11/19/2025 took my son Matthew there. it was his first time being there, he has a phobia of medical related things so I thought it would be difficult, but he had a root canal procedure and has no troubles. all the staff there were wonderful also wanted to thank Dr. Juarez, she went above and beyond, she was very patience with my son and made him feel calm, like family. I’m very truly heartwarmed with all of the treatment they gave him and I definitely recommend this place!

Front desk was super helpful and nice. But I waited over an hour and a half to have my 2 year old get a seat in the back. They asked me to not give him anything to eat an hour prior in case they needed to do any work. Which is understandable but when I told one of the assistants that I was going to leave because they were obviously busy ( the dentist was seeing many patients at the same time, I was seeing her walk back and forth) the assistant said they should have informed me over the phone that the appointment could take 2-3 hours. ???! For a 2 year old… who had already gone an hour without eating… and having to keep him still? There were literally 3 children screaming as well. The environment overall is chaotic and scheduling should be fixed. I don’t think it’s fair to have someone wait

Came in on 10/27/2025, went to the previous location they were at lol but I was about 5 minutes away from the new one . Wait time was a little long but what dental office isn’t. The front desk checked me in and since they haven’t seen me in a while at this office they had me update all my info of course! Janey was my xray tech she had a little trouble but the second time she took the photo she got it right away she would walk me through when to bite and when to open . Isabelle cleaned my teeth and did an amazing job & when I went to other office it would hurt but she didn’t hurt me and explained to me how important flossing is ! Silvia Was the the office clerk that explained to me the insurance coverages and made my check in and check out experience super quick and easy. Thank you EJ de
