I had an excellent experience at this urgent care. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, professional, and incredibly attentive. The facility was spotless, modern, and very well organized, which immediately made me feel comfortable and confident in the care I was receiving. The provider took the time to listen carefully, explained everything clearly, and made sure all my concerns were addressed without feeling rushed. The level of compassion and attention to detail truly stood out. I felt genuinely cared for, not just treated. If you’re looking for high-quality medical care in a clean, calm, and efficient environment, I highly recommend this urgent care. Exceptional service from start to finish.

Eismed is always there for the community, they have a superb staff, and provide excellent care with late hours. Every visit has been an enjoyable experience and the lines are much shorter than any other urgent care nearby. I highly recommend Eismed and will continue to patronize them as needed.

We brought our son to Eisemed Urgent Care during a very scary moment as a parent. He had a harsh cough, and as soon as the staff heard him, they brought us back right away. That alone helped calm us down. Dr. Eisenman quickly diagnosed him with croup and started treatment with steroids. Within less than an hour, our son sounded so much better. We walked in anxious and scared and left feeling relieved and grateful. The entire staff was kind, attentive, and reassuring throughout the visit. We truly could not be happier with the care our son received and would not hesitate to return or recommend them to other families.

They are always great and dependable here. If they can help you, they help, if they cant they tell you the next best over the counter option. I have been coming here for years and they are absolutely no BS. If you have a viral thing they aren't going to be able to help its just a fact. So many of the comments seem to think they can do miracles. Which they do, for things they can actually treat like bacterial infections. Highly recommend eismed for any routine urgent care need. I am immunocompromised I get sick often and hate hospitals so I come here, they always have my back when I get sick. :)
