Dr. Kristen Mondino has been beyond AMAZING. I am very happy to have become a patient of hers. She is very kind and is a down to earth Doctor. She takes her time, answers all of my questions, and explains herself layman's terms. She makes you feel extremely important as though you are her one and only patient. Highly recommended.

how totally RUDE can the front desk get? Every time I book an appt. I get off the phone so frustrated. I started with this office trying to work with Dr Lovell. First of all Dr Lovell was dismissive, told me that she " wouldn't order an MRI for me " and that I should " stop asking questions" because she could only see me for 15 minutes. Also, she actually asked me " how much do you pay for your medical insurance?". Can make this stuff up. UNREAL.. I was switched to Dr Gaede . Ill report in on him later.

My husband and I are both patients of Dr. James Gaede. He is one of the best doctors that we have ever encountered. (And my husband is a retired CEO of a hospital in Philadelphia!) Dr. Gaede is extremely skilled, smart, and an intuitive thinker. He is an excellent listener and diagnostician. He also keeps up with all of the latest developments in his area of expertise. My husband and I have each undergone serious health issues in the five years since we started seeing Dr. Gaede. We both have been astonished by the level of care that we have received from Dr. Gaede. His diligence in monitoring our care, and his compassion in the way he watches over us makes us feel as though he is an extension of our family. We recommend him unreservedly.

This whole 365e program and the drs are horrible, uncaring men. the STAFF is 10 times worse than the drs. terrible 2.6 years.
