Surgical floor gave me exceptional care and Dr.Aranda is the Best. I couldn't ask for a better Hospital Stay. Entire Staff are very professional and caring. Even the cafeteria staff went out of their way to provide for my special dietary needs. Thank you so much everyone 💗 💓 !

My grand daughters and I were visiting the area when one got sick. Took her to the ER on Eisenhower two days before Christmas. We had to get a little paperwork done, because I did not have her card with me, but it was quick and took under 5 minutes. We were triaged immediately, and we were put in an exam room just as fast. The doctor on duty was in to see her in under 5 minutes. He checked her out, diagnosed her, suggested a shot instead of antibiotics. The nurse was in shortly after to administer her shot. We were in and out in under 2 hours. The longest wait was making sure there was no reaction to the shot. Everyone we encountered was polite, professional, and friendly. I highly recommend the ER!

This place fails at communication and accountability. The receptionist at the ER was confusing because usually you talk to the receptionist through the window. However you have to be inside a small dark room with the receptionist and there is no sign at the door that directs you about that that. Somehow the male receptionist got annoyed at me for not doing that. I never been to the military ER and even if I did, that kind of service was unacceptable!! The employees don't communicate at all and when that happens, patients have to wait for hours with no update. I was visiting my mom when all of the issue happened. I don't trust a hospital like this one

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE!!! Went to the ER because I was very sick and it was only getting worse, they did “every” test and told me nothing was wrong... I didn’t believe them so I went to an urgent care, my test came back VERY quickly and I was positive for Covid. Not to mention they will not try to help you if they don’t think the issue is serious enough. Please go get actual help with those who actually care about your well-being.

I was surprised to find a Starbucks at the hospital. So, after I was finished what we were there for, we stopped and I got a Caramel Ribbon Crunch Frappe. Sweet but good!
