Einstein Radiologist/Diagnostic Imaging

I came to this unprofessional careless place to get a 2 hour MRI done and was giving ear phones to protect my ears but to protect them from what ?? I know not from the most unbearable painful scariest noise I have ever heard in my life for 2 hours long ! this was my first MRI and I wish I would have done more research on what to expect, I wish the ignorant unprofessional careless Radiology nurse would had prepared me for what I was about to endure because now I can barely hear , I hear ringing on and off an now I feel paranoid! I went from going to a place to help figure out health problems I was already having to now coming out dealing with another problem! I wish I would have never decided to come here a nightmare

Left one star because the tech was awesome. Waited an hour past my appointment, told them I can’t drop the holster monitor off between hours because of my work schedule. Went to drop it off today Sunday and was told they can’t take it. If my insurance wasn’t covered for this hospital for testing, I would avoid it all together because I think it’s the worst hospital.

I had an awesome experience at Einstein Montgomery. I came through the ER with major abdominal pain. I had to stay a couple days in the ER before moving to a room. I had a private room in the ER which was a plus. My nurses were phenomena! They were very pleasant and helpful. They also were very personable as well. The physicians that came to see me where awesome as well. Once I got moved to a room, my nurses on the floor were nice. When I went to radiology for my CT and MRI, they were awesome! Coming from a medical background, you don't always see it from a patient perspective, but I did and it was a great experience. I would recommend Einstein Montgomery to anyone looking for quality care!

Radiology technician friendly and helpful. Radiology report delivered quickly. Vascular surgeon suggested that I see pulmonologist. Called practice in Jefferson network. Office asked me to retrieve disc from Einstein. It is aggravating that Jeff doctors cannot retrieve studies from Einstein radiology. This happened to me a year ago with Jeff orthopedist. This is even more annoying when Einstein radiology cannot be reached by phone to order disc. No one answered at radiology records and the number given on Einstein's website is for central scheduling which has a phone tree that is impenetrable.

They are always really nice at the Montgomery location. I've never had to wait very long, even as a walk in patient. I am always given a disc of my MRI's and CT scans so my non-Einstein doctors can review them. Really cantc say enough good things about these folks.
