This office is literally the worst. I’ve been taking my 8 month old since she came home from the nicu. I really liked dr Gupta until today. The front desk staff is awful too. After every visit they make the next one. Front desk gave me a date and I said ok and they scheduled it. Now i’ve been receiving text to confirm my appointment since the 21st of last month. Today in the pouring rain oh she’s not 9 months yet you scheduled wrong. Uh no your desk people did and you couldn’t catch that and say hey before you drag your infant out on this cold rainy day let’s reschedule cause it’s to soon. The. Front desk goes I’ll see if the dr will still see her. Dr Gupta refuses to see my child and then the front desk lady is like would you like to schedule for the correct 9 month appointment I’m like y

I love Doctor Gupta to see my children cause she pays attention to what you say and takes her time to explain everything. I always had problems with the front desk employees until our yesterday visit. The lady in the front desk was 180 degrees different from previous ones. She was welcoming, she was smiling, she was talking to my kids and doing what she had to do for the documentation. She was not looking at my kids like they choose to be sick and went there to turn the from desk employees lifes desperate for the day. I didn’t get the name of the lady in the front desk yesterday but I hope she is going to be there for a long time until my 3 year old kid is an adult. Great job. Doctor Gupta is changing the way around with her profession for this office. Thank you guys.

From the very first appointment, you are literally forced to agree and sign a consent form to vaccinate your child with 5-4 doses in one visit, while assuming full responsibility for any side effects. And yet, they leave you no freedom of choice, violating your constitutional rights. - 4-5 vaccinations in one visit! Are you normal? If you refuse the vaccinations, the doctor will immediately tell you that they cannot see your child for follow-up examinations... Is this how medicine is supposed to work? Of course not! I certainly don't want that, but I would like to see them vaccinate their own children with 4-5 doses of different vaccines in one visit, although I highly doubt they would do that, knowing that they could leave their children disabled for life. I have Dr.Sadia Mufti and she is a great doctor and professional. She takes time to explain everything to me and to my mom in the language that we will understand. I hope she will work here until I will be an adult

I know it must be CDC regulations but they try to push to get my kids' vaccine and sign the form. They told me they won't accept patients untill I agree for vaccination. How can kids get vaccine same day without current health check and not listening to parents concerns first ? Who is going to be resposinble if vaccines give any negative effect later?.
