If I could give them zero stars, I would. I had a positive impression, but my experience over the past few months has been extremely disappointing and concerning. Since January, I have been dealing with significant knee pain that was repeatedly attributed to arthritis by the office. Despite my ongoing complaints and worsening symptoms, my concerns were not fully addressed, and I was denied further imaging, including an MRI, because they remained confident in their initial diagnosis. Six weeks later, my condition became so severe that I could barely walk and ultimately required a visit to the ER. MRI was issued and confirmed I do have meniscus tear — something that had not been investigated by this practice despite my continued reports of severe pain week after week. But according to them

My surgery was an emergency after my ankle was broken so I couldn't shop around, wish I could have. There was no proper after care, just X-rays and leave. I've never broken a bone and didn't know what was going on. They told me the numbness was normal, well it wasn't and a year lately my foot is still numb and the damage is now unreversable. I will have permanent nerve damage do to there lack of educating there patients and offering proper after care treatment.

Everyone at this location was wonderful! My mother is elderly, and we had major transportation issues as she uses a walker, but broke her clavicle, so had to be in a wheelchair. Transport was a nightmare, and it was a very upsetting time for all of us. Ieesha was so lovely and helpful. Even though there was nothing, she particularly could do to help our situation, she understood it and made our appointment a priority for whenever we were able to find transportation. She was so kind during such a difficult time. It is not often you find that kind of support, in the medical world from someone that did not have to offer it. My mother got good care from Dr. Williamson, and one of the nurses, Ty, Made my mother smile from ear to ear when she told her that she was beautiful when she came for her

Always very nice and knowledgeable but BE CAREFUL if they issue you a brace. I was told it was covered by my insurance and it wasn’t. Got a bill for $54 for a wrist brace I didn’t need and could have gotten somewhere else for a FRACTION of the cost.

My recent visit at Einstein Orthopedics has been the same as all my past visits... EXCELLENT. The staff is nothing but amazing. Dr. Williamson is the best! He took care of me from the first day we met.He is professional, and always have a pleasant attitude. He listens, provide options and as always, provide the best solutions. I'm truly grateful for his expertise when it comes to my condition.I would highly recommend him and his team to anyone that needs his services.
